POSITION PURPOSE:

As a member of the senior leadership team, works strategically with leadership to successfully execute local, regional and corporate human resources programs/initiatives while supporting the business objectives within the OpCo.

Employee/Labor Relations-Coaching, guidance to leaders & associates to maximize engagement/enablement within the workforce.

Talent Acquisition – Recruit, hire, orient, train, ensure performance management, and retain employees.

Compliance-Ensure legal compliance of employment laws. Perform investigations and prepare written responses as needed.

Safety Support of processes and strategies to develop culture of awareness and accountability.

Compensation & Benefits – Provide guidance to strategy and executiong of total compensation components. Communicate all benefit and compensation programs to employees.

Leadership Development- Coaching, succession planning, growing talent.
